Becoming the best teacher takes years to master. Therefore, having the able to talk with an experienced teacher will help new teachers lean on someone who has gone through the same tough times. Working through problems in order to help each student in the classroom is key. As a result, asking a mentor for help will help eliminate some of the stress that has been placed on you.
